Due to a recent number of no show or late cancellations we have no choice but to apply a 3 strike system - it is preferrable for Clients to pay online to avoid any doubt or disappointment - this can be in full or a deposit of £25.
Appointments missed due to family / medical or work emergency or other reasonable reasons will not be charged, however a late cancellation with no reason will incur a full charge.
Please give at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no‑shows will incur the following fees:
1st Occasion: No charge
2nd Occasion: 2nd Occasion: Charged 50% of appointment cost
3rd Occasion & ongoing: Charged 100% of appointment cost - will be required to pay up front, this deposit will be applied to the treatment cost on the day. If you cancel late or do not attend, the payment will be retained according to the policy.
Deposits are deducted against any fees
Any remaining balance must be paid before future bookings
Repeated no‑shows may require full prepayment for all future appointments
Late arrival may reduce your treatment time, but the full fee will still apply.
